The Zip contain the web version (1st one that havn't been reduced).

To launch the game:  Unzip the archive, click on LaunchHelper.exe

Once the cmd window appear, copy and past the http://localhost:8000/ and launch the index.html and the game will start.

If you cannot manage to register, here are the test login I used when developing it:
